Available on WEBForms® and at your Board/Association

We’re pleased to announce that the new and improved ORTIS Residential Data Input Form is finally here!

The release of this updated form will be accompanied by several changes to Matrix™ happening on February 13th which will ensure the forms and the system are 100% aligned.

You will want to ensure you start using the new form for any listings commencing after February 12th, 2018.

Please read below and watch this video to find out exactly what will be changing and how you can take advantage of everything the new form has to offer.

Spring Cleaning

Many of the printed form revisions are minor “housekeeping” updates that are not included in the summary of revisions.

These things include: correcting spelling, grammar, and plural or singular verbiage, moving the options of Other and None to the bottom of every picklist, removing all shortcodes, and increasing the font size. You’ll also find input far easier since the form is now a 5-column layout, just like Matrix’s input screen!

Form Revisions & Matrix™ Changes

While many of the form revisions have been done to reflect previous updates to Matrix™ (in red), there are some that will require system modifications (in blue). Note: These upcoming changes may affect your existing listings, saved searches, and/or auto-emails when they take effect on February 13th.

It is important to review the new forms and list of changes prior to that date to be prepared, especially the ones in blue. Download the full list of revisions and system changes below.

2018 Summary of Revisions

Finally, we want to draw your attention to one of the major upcoming changes. As of February 12th, 2018 the “NONMLS” ID will no longer work and you must use the ID “NONMEM” when listing or reporting a sale for a REALTOR® who does not have an ID in the Matrix™ system already. Please review the summary of revisions above for more information or contact your Association.
